Bell Peppers Crab Salad

Ingredients
2 red bell peppers
2 green bell peppers
1 yellow bell pepper
1orange bell pepper
4 oz. olive oil
16 oz. real crab meat
Directions
1. Wash in cold water the bell peppers, and then dry them with a cloth or paper towel.
2. Cut the bell peppers in finely cut stripes, if not familiar with the proper way to cut bell pepper view videos on the web on “how to cut a bell pepper”, which are numerous.
3. Put the 4 oz of olive oil in a large frying pan at middle high to high temperature with all the bell peppers on the top of the oil.
4. Let the bell peppers cook until they arrive to a golden color up to slightly black on the edge (move constantly bell peppers with spatula to cook even each stripe).
5. Mix crab pouch with bell peppers for about 30 second and put the salad in a bowl.
6. Leave the salad in the cooler about one hour before serving.

Before serving salad spread half of a lemon juice and mix generously the salad again.
Preparation Time
The time of preparation is 10 to 15 minutes, which include the 3 to 7 minutes to cook the bell peppers.

8-10 persons
